Are you gripped by the urge to eat things and wish you weren’t? Have you tried to willpower your way through cravings time and time again but just ended up giving in? Are you frustrated over making the same poor choices for yourself when you want to make better choices? Do you want to stop fearing food and develop a peaceful and loving relationship with eating?
I was once in your shoes, too.
For years, I craved (and gave in most of the time) sugar – specifically chocolate. That was my kryptonite. Alcohol was pretty intense for me, too, for about ten years of my life when I didn’t have access to a different choice to manage my stress levels with young children.
All in all, in the last ten years of my learning, and now seven years coaching hundreds of others, I am pretty sure I’ve seen some things around this that can help you find peace from these nasty buggers once and for all.
In this LIVE 6-part webinar series, I will put the craving puzzle together and arm you with all you need to navigate the ongoing journey, make peace with them, and possibly eliminate them.
Removing the ‘control’ from the ‘food’ and returning it to you so you can access choice is a largely misunderstood process. It requires you to focus your attention on several factors that are largely invisible until you see them!
But it can be a very difficult journey. It can be slow, frustrating, and, at times, impossible.
I will not lie and tell you I have an effortless fix.
There is no effortless fix to changing such deeply ingrained patterns within ourselves. It requires conscious, consistent effort, and nobody can do it for you.
But this makes it even more rewarding and more prosperous because life is all about your experiences and the actions you take for yourself!
So, while I can’t promise you anything other than showing you the way, I can promise to show you what I see as essential to the journey. By that, I mean I will show you what will help you find the peace you crave. And I will honestly lay out the obstacles you will likely encounter on the path before you… and what is required to smash through them.
You won’t be alone. We often feel so alone in our shame of being unable to overcome these things, but let me tell you, you are not alone.
I know how real the shame can be. I felt it every morning for years.
