  2. Boundless Energy– understanding Insulin resistance, metabolic and mitochondrial health. Includes marketing tricks, food lies, and overcoming the many barriers to being healthy in this modern world. Includes a true understanding of weight loss.
  3. Understanding & Strengthening Your Nervous System – heal a traumatised nervous system through understanding the sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous system, improving your vagal tone, and learning to navigate the stress response. Increase your awareness and understanding of your inner world.
  4. Mastering Your Mind – Resilience, mind traps, rebalance dopamine, step over fear and self-doubt, and tap into real deep confidence to live your life. Comparison is the thief of joy, and we will keep doing it until we understand.
  5. Uncovering YOU. Stepping into Ownership of Your Life – Tap into unlimited motivation, shed your fear of what others think, and step into your power to be you. Includes a comprehensive look at boundaries.

How does this program work?

As soon as you sign up you will gain access to all the resources available for my one-on-one clients. Our interactions will occur within this program – there are places for you to make comments and ask questions – and within the Zooms.

Over 6 months, there are TWO Zooms per week. Monday’s Zoom is for teaching, and Thursday’s is for coaching and connection. Ideally showing up live will help give you the greatest impact. However, this isn’t always possible. So all zooms will be recorded and available on the Membership platform for you to watch in your own time.

Group Zooms: Mondays 5 pm AND Thursdays 12 pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

Plus a private WhatsApp community. 

The themes:

1. Optimal Body and Brain Nutrition. How confusing is nutrition? I’ve studied extensively and now helped hundreds of people work out what is optimal for them by looking at the science. In this module, I offer you what is the evidence behind the optimal human diet, and then help you work out what is best for you.

2. Releasing Unhelpful Habits. Not understanding the habitual nature of our brain, and how to unhook from those habits not helping us is the biggest barrier to change. I love helping people find freedom from years of unhelpful habits through a combination of understanding how change really works, and how you can bio-hack your own brain to give you back the power of choice.

3. Conquering Temporary Motivation. Oh, that feeling of motivation. Why doesn’t it stay around for longer than it does? What does it mean when it goes? Where can I look to find more of it? This module answers these questions and shows you where to look instead of finding the motivation you need each and every day to do what matters to you.

4. Reassessing Stress. Stress is a big nasty and largely misunderstood word. It is something that is so important to understand how to navigate better and see it as something that can help your health, not hinder it. This module will explore how you can reassess how you see the stress and overwhelm of your daily life and start to harness it for good, not evil.

5. Being Courageous Each Day. This is about looking at how you decide to show up each and every day, how to become a lot more present and mindful in your actions so as to experience as much as you can from each and every day! If we don’t look for ways to get off ‘automatic pilot’ in our days, we tend to develop a default setting of anxiety, overwhelm, anxiousness, and very little joy. Learn to create a life you will not regret.

Underlying truths that I will help you see:

You are not broken.

You are worthy.

You can have amazing relationships.

You can learn to appreciate difference.

All you need is already within you. It just needs uncovering.

You can thrive and live the life of your dreams.
