Practitioner Mentoring
Working with people day in and day out is rewarding, and it can also be a lot. Mentoring is a space for you to get some extra support, think things through and keep going with confidence.
For the past 6 or so years, I’ve helped coaches get certified as metabolic health practitioners, and I’ve kept supporting them as they start their own businesses.
When our work is being of service to others, we can forget to tend to ourselves. We push through to make sure other people get healthier, but we do it at the expense of our own health. Or we find we’re telling clients to do something, and deep down we know we’re not doing it ourselves.
It’s easy to tell people what to do. It’s much harder to live the change we want to make. Even with all the know how, we sometimes haven’t done that work for ourselves. This is where I can help.
In a safe, private and fully supportive mentoring space with me, we can look at these things and keep growing, both as a person and as a practitioner. Sometimes we think that once we have a qualification, we’re finished working on ourselves. That’s never the case. We all need ongoing support, and more chances to learn about ourselves, even when helping others is the work we do.
Who it’s for
- You work in health or wellness and spend your days looking after other people.
- You’ve pushed through for your clients at the expense of your own health.
- You sometimes ask clients to do things you know you’re not doing yourself.
- You’ve finished your training and know there’s more growing to do.
- You’re starting out in your own practice and want someone alongside you.
Practitioner mentoring online, from Melbourne
Mentoring is online, so it works wherever you practise in the world. It’s a space to talk through the work, get a fresh perspective and feel supported, without having to have it all figured out.
